Southern Ocean County Radiation Oncology's treatment center features a dual energy linear accelerator that can treat both superficial and deep tumors. In addition, the center is equipped with a three-dimensional treatment planning system that allows physicians to deliver radiation treatments which focus exclusively on the cancer and produces less exposure on non-cancerous tissue, therefore reducing the side effects on patients.
