About The Facility:
The Ocean Club Fitness Center
The Ocean Club Fitness Center is equipped with an extensive line
of strength and cardiovascular training equipment, group exercise
classes, as well as comprehensive wellness programming. Here,
the emphasis is on safe, fully supervised programming and sensible
lifestyle changes. Raquetball, babysitting, massage therapy,
swimming and water exercise also highlight the services of this
private club.
Family Resource Center
The SOCH Family Resource Center is a hub of community education
and wellness activity. The focus here is on a wide variety of
community wellness programs, education lectures, CPR courses,
parenting and childbirth education, nutritional counseling, diabetes
support and education, health screenings, speaker's bureau,
and as associations with local schools, businesses and civic
groups. The facility also offers a free lending library, complete
with Internet access.

Take the Garden State Parkway
to Exit 63 and look for Route 72 East.
Follow Route 72 East to Route 9. Take Route 9 south for one mile.
The Ocean Club is on your right.

is on the north side of the building under the canopy.
