Kim Novak is the Director of Rehabiliation Services at SOCH.   She earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University.   She also earned a MBA in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University. She has extensive experience working in rehabilitation, having worked as a staff and lead physical therapist in the hospital environment.   She was also employed the Director of Rehabilitation at a Sub Acute Rehabilitation facility and was promoted to Regional Director over seeing three nursing home rehabilitation facilities, an acute rehabilitation facility and five assisted living facilities.
